Outline of Annual Research Achievements

この国際共同研究加速基金（国際共同研究強化(B)）研究は、新型コロナウイルス感染によって2回の延長を経て令和5年度末日で終了したが、期待を超える成果を以下のように上げることができた。
最終の令和5年度は、これまでの研究成果を2つのプロジェクトでまとめた。ひとつは、東アジア地域金融制度のマクロ経済監視業務を担うマクロ経済リサーチ事務局（AMRO）が直面する諸問題を分野横断的に分析した研究報告書を作成した。本報告書は「Leading by Design: Asian Lessons for Monitoring Global Financial Stability 」と題するもので、研究組織の海外協力者であるWilliam Grimes ボストン大学教授が編著者となり、ボストン大学のGlobal Development Policy Centerによって公刊された。その第一章「the Promise and Peril of Multilevel Surveillance in East Asia」は、研究代表者の鈴木が寄稿した。もうひとつの成果は、査読付き国際学術誌International Relations of the Asia-Pacificの特集号として企画したものである。鈴木が序章論文「The rise of formal institutions in the Asia-Pacific region through competitive regime complexity」を執筆し、分担者の宇治が単著論文「Navigating environmental cooperation amid political competition in East Asia」、Grimes教授が共著論文「Financial Cooperation in the Asia-Pacific as Regime Complex: Explaining Patterns of Coverage」を寄稿した。同特集は、他の著者による２論文を合わせた計5論文編成で2024年9月号に掲載される予定である。最後に、本研究全体の成果として、鈴木が国際金融ガバナンスに関連する①マクロ経済監視業務、②開発援助の国内政治、③開発援助と教育を分析した３論文を査読付き国際学術誌に掲載した。宇治が国際金融と環境に関連した論文３編を査読付き国際学術誌に掲載した。詳細は業績欄を参照されたい。
