Research Abstract

カーボンナノチューブと金属ナノ粒子から構成されるハイブリッド材料を創生することを目的に、Ni、Ptに代表される高機能性金属ナノ粒子からの炭化水素分解によるカーボンナノチューブの生成を行った。その結果、Ni、Pt ナノ粒子上での炭化水素分解により、それらの金属粒子を先端にもつカーボンナノチューブを生成することができた。しかしこれらの金属粒子径、カーボンナノチューブ直径は不均一であった。一方Ni、Pt をナノスケールのシリカで被覆すると、均一な直径の金属ナノ粒子とカーボンナノチューブから構成されるハイブリッド材料を高収率で生成することができた。
