Research Abstract

セレンの全安定同位体のセレン74,76,77,78,80,82について、15～600keVの入射中性子エネルギー領域において、中性子捕獲断面積と捕獲ガンマ線スペクトルを精度良く測定した。測定結果を理論解析し、理論計算に必要な入力パラメータに関する情報を得た。この情報を基に、現在では測定が困難な長寿命核廃棄物セレン79に対する理論計算入力パラメータを決定し、セレン79について信頼性の高い中性子捕獲断面積の計算値を得ることができた。
