Research Abstract |
方向性をもった細胞移動は発生・がん転移や炎症反応など生体現象のさまざまな局面で重要である。この現象では、移動先端にフォスファチジルイノシトール3リン酸(PI(3,4,5)P3)が集積し、極性をもたらす一つの責任分子として働く。我々はLL5β、フィラミンAさらにはSHIP2が移動先端膜上およびその近傍で、時空間的に活性制御ならびに局在制御を受け、移動に重要な役割を担っていることを見出した。
