Research Abstract |
We explored meaning of exocytosis on pathogenesis of periodontal disease and possibility of that regulation. We found that various stimulants from periodontopathic bacteria induced exocytosis in keratinocytes, immune cells, and endothelial cells in periodontal tissue and it was regulated nitric oxide.
