Research Abstract |
Demographic crisis and labour shortage have been accounted as the main barriers for the further growth. Main objective of this project was to identify these factors by interviews and/or researches on the firm level and labour administration in Russian and some of her regions. Findings were manifold including the malfunctioning of the labour market systems and policy in recent time.
