Research Abstract |
Puerto Ricans are the second largest Hispanic group in the U.S. possessing U.S. citizens by birth. Its unique position makes Puerto Ricans taking important role in the Laicization of U.S. society. The local governments that have Puerto Rican communities, try to employ Puerto Rican women as the decisive factor to response increasing Latino people in the field of social service like as bilingual education, health care.
