Research Abstract |
Rhapsodies and music bureau poetry originally shared speaking. As rhapsodies reduced their speaking during the Eastern Han times, however, it seems that music bureau poetry came to shoulder a part of the function, which rhapsodies originally had, and narrative songs of music bureau poetry were related to the change of rhapsodies. And people had sorrows at the passing of time, because they understood that not only the guilty but the innocent are born with their sins as well as understanding that time is a straight line and we cannot go back.
