Research Abstract

ローマ帝国がガリアを支配していた時代からドイツの領邦が強化される中世後期の時代まで、ドイツの王権と諸侯との関係がどのように変化し、王や諸侯の統治システムがどのように変化していったかを検討した。次の7つの時期、すなわち、(1)フランク支配以前(古ゲルマン時代)、(2)フランク時代、(3)東フランク王国と領邦の時代、(4)ザクセン朝の時代、(5)叙任権闘争の時代、(6)シュタウフェン朝の時代、(7)中世後期、に分けて作業を進めた。
