| Research Abstract |
北朝鮮帰還事業の前史は朝鮮戦争前後に遡ることが確認できた。当初、北朝鮮残留邦人の帰還交渉として開始した日本側の申出を北朝鮮側が在日朝鮮人の帰国運動へ転換していく過程であった。それは当時国交のなかった東アジア社会主義圏との間での邦人帰還交渉の一連に位置づけられ、邦人拉致工作の前史としてみた場合、その原型はシベリア抑留をめぐる日ソ間交渉にあり、これが日中、日朝で類似した戦略構造で繰り返されたものであった。
