Research Abstract

本研究では消費者の革新性とイノベーション採用行動の間に、「わっ、すごそう」などという採用行動の前に新しく「ポジティブな強い心の揺れ」という概念を導入し、「わくわく度」という尺度で測定する。採用に踏み切るためには、革新性がより高くさらに当該イノベーションにより強く心を動かされた消費者がより早く、高い確率で採用することを生存関数モデルを用いて実証し、理論的にも予測精度としても精緻化に成功している。
