Research Abstract	In learning and cultural support for the person with a mental disorder, it is important how make the relations with person while cooperating with life support and the working support in communities. It may be said that it is the problem that empower rich and various communication mainly on the recovery of words through various programs and create. To that end, support of the empowerment to the person with a mental disorder is indispensable, and an action providing places to stay that can feel relieved at the same time is demanded.
