Research Abstract |
独自に開発したトリフルオロメチル基を有するキラルアンカー基を修飾基に持つ新規含フッ素光学分割樹脂の合成を達成した。これを用い、第三級アルコール部位をもつアルドール化合物のラセミ体を常圧下、光学分割した。その結果、母液の光学純度は 20%ee に向上し、その値は低いものの光学分割に成功した。
