Research Abstract

本研究は、複雑な構造を持つ電子デバイス素子などのナノ構造物の熱物性を、分子シミュレーション・格子振動(フォノン)解析・マイクロスケールシミュレーションを併用して調べることにより、統合的な熱物性・熱特性シミュレータを開発することを目的として行ったものである.分子スケールシミュレータを構築して大規模なテスト計算を行ったほか、DSMC法をメゾスケールのフォノンダイナミクス解析に応用する方法を提案した.
