| Research Abstract |
アモルファス炭素薄膜(以下,a-C:H 薄膜と呼ぶ)の電子デバイス応用を実現するためには,a-C:H 薄膜の伝導度制御が必要不可欠である.本研究では,この伝導度制御を行うために化学ドーピング法によるヨウ素ドーピングを行った.本手法によるドーピング効果は,a-C:H 薄膜の膜構造に強く依存すること,また,ドーピングすることによって,薄膜の光学ギャップエネルギーや電気抵抗率が制御可能であることが明らかになり,電子デバイス応用のためのドーピング技術確立に対する重要な知見が得られた.
