Research Abstract

最近のナノファブリケーション技術の向上による、ミクロな磁気試料の計測技術の構築を目的として、SQUID の超高感度性を十分に活用した走査型SQUID 磁気顕微鏡において、その空間分解能を左右する磁場分解能の向上を図るSQUID ヘッドの開発を行った。
磁場分解能向上のアプローチとして、SQUID とプローブとの結合効率を向上させる新たなSQUID ヘッドの開発と、プローブ先端と磁気試料との距離を原子レベルまで近接して距離による磁場の減衰を抑制する走査手法を開発した。
