Research Abstract

逆円錐台形の微粒子帯電制御装置を開発した。微粒子を気中に分散させて, 帯電制御装置の上端から円周に沿うように導入し, 下端から円周の流れに沿って排出させた。装置の内壁に2種類の接触帯電用金属板を取り付けると粒子の帯電効率は90%になり, 同装置を2基直列に接続すると98~99%になった。2種類の金属板の面積比を変えると, 各金属板に対応する平衡比電荷を上下限として所望の値に制御できた。
