Research Abstract

高結晶性を有し、化学量論比が精密に制御されたナノ粒子(サイズが100nm)を高速で合成できる新規噴霧熱分解法を開発した。この方法の特徴は、原料液体とともに自燃性物質を添加する手法である。結晶促進および凝集抑制効果を持ち、残留物の残らない方法を考案し、反応場であるミクロン液滴の中における結晶成長を制御および促進するために、サブミクロンレベルの伝熱を考慮した火炎を用いたプロセスを開発した。粒子合成する条件と最適となる粒子の微粒化過程との関連を明らかにした。
