Research Abstract

我々は酵母の高浸透圧適応に必須なHOG MAPK経路の上流支経路であるSHO1経路の高浸透圧センサーとして、ムチン様膜タンパク質のHkr1及びMsb2を同定し、高浸透圧感知に関わる分子機構モデルを提唱した。
