Research Abstract

小胞型グルタミン酸トランスポーター(VGLUT)はV-ATPaseがATPの加水分解によって形成するH+の電気化学的勾配を駆動力とし、グルタミン酸を小胞内に輸送するトランスポーターである。この研究ではVGLUTによるグルタミン酸輸送の分子機構を明らかにすべく、VGLUTを含むSLC17型ファミリートランスポーターの輸送機構を速度論的に解析した。
