Research Abstract

マウス始原生殖細胞(PGC)の移動におけるIfitmファミリー遺伝子の役割について解析を進めた。Ifitm1の異所的発現は、PGC局在に対して排他的に働いた。また、PGCの移動に異常が観察されるミュータントマウスでもIfitm1の発現異常が観察された。siRNAを用いた培養マウス胚でのIfitm1ノックダウン実験では、PGCの局在異常が観察された。
