| Research Abstract |
東北地方より収集したイワテヤマナシを含む野生ナシ、在来品種の有用形質評価(香気、加工特性、早晩性)と新規利用法の開発、個体識別を行った。収集個体は香気成分、有機酸、糖類ともに多様性が高かった。在来品種'サネナシ''ナツナシ'は香りの強いエステルが存在しニホンナシやセイヨウナシとは異なるさわやかな香りだった。'ナツナシ'などニホンナシの約7倍の有機酸量をもつ個体も存在し優れた加工特性を示した。
