Research Abstract

柏市こんぶくろ池湿地に自生するズミ集団の保全のために、個体の開花・結実状況、実生の更新状況、アロザイム遺伝子構造、自家不和合性対立遺伝子構造、花の形態変異を調べた。その結果、こんぶくろ池ズミ集団の結実率は低く、実生の更新状況は不良だったが、アロザイム遺伝子多様度、自家不和合性遺伝子多様度とも高く、遺伝的劣化は見られなかった。同湿地の再生目標を明らかにするために江戸期以来の絵地図・絵図の変遷を検討し、周辺はクヌギを主とする立木密度の低い林だったことがわかった。
