Research Abstract

乾燥機内部に桟積みした木材の含水率を、高周波CT 技術を用いて推定する方法を研究した。小試験体と実大スギ正角材による乾燥実験を行い、乾燥中の木材インピーダンスの変化を観測した。得られた桟積みの積算含水率に逆計算法を適用して個別木材の含水率を推定した。推定含水率は、繊維飽和点以上の高含水率範囲でばらつきが大きかったが、商業的な含水率検査で重要な15-20%以下では推定含水率と全乾法含水率の差は減少した。
