Research Abstract

サツマイモ茎葉由来の3,4,5-トリカフェオイルキナ酸に対する抗3,4,5-トリカフェオイルキナ酸抗体の作出を試みた。抗原は3,4,5-トリカフェオイルキナ酸+ウシ、ヒト、トリアルブミンで作成することができた。抗体はマウス及びラットで試みたが、モノクローナル抗体は作成できなかった。しかし、3,4,5-トリカフェオイルキナ酸+ウシアルブミンを抗原にし、マウスに免疫させることで微量ながら抗体を作出していることは確認できた。
