Research Abstract

細胞表面に存在する糖鎖(糖の重合体)の合成や分解に主体的に関わる遺伝子(糖鎖遺伝子)の研究を行うために開発中の相関解析法を組み込んだDNAマイクロアレイを利用した. 細胞表面での糖鎖の測定は、抗体などを用いて行った. 一方これらの細胞の遺伝子発現の解析はDNAマイクロアレイを用いて測定し、両者の相関関係を解析した. その結果、本解析方法をより改善することで、適切な糖鎖遺伝子を特定するのに有用であった.
