Research Abstract

ヌクリングノックアウトマウスでは肝炎・ガンの自然発症が生後一年を経過した集団で著増することが観察されている。これまで得られている我々も含めた研究の知見から、我々は独自にヌクリングノックアウトマウスにおける肝ガン発症機構モデルを構築してこのモデルの検証を行い、クッパー細胞死を伴った新規の肝炎・肝癌発症機序を明らかにした。
