| Research Abstract |
チェルノブイリ組織パンクにはこの2年間で約300症例が登録され、計3,000症例の症例集積が進んでいる。
被曝甲状腺癌には一つの決まった特徴はなく、被曝形式により形態学的にも分子生物学的にも多様な形態を呈していた。
チェルノブイリ地域から発生した小児甲状腺乳頭癌において、被曝の有無により、組織像に差はみられなかった。
しかし、ヨード摂取の高い国の症例とは有意に差が存在し、低ヨード摂取は小児甲状腺疵の発生頻度の上昇、潜伏期の短縮、形態形成、浸潤性に影響を及ぼしていることが推察された。
