Research Abstract

容量負荷あるいは負荷減免により心筋細胞の筋節が増減する。頸動脈と頚静脈内吻合による容量負荷により家兎心は心筋介在板が2日周期で狭-幅-狭を繰り返し拡張した、拡張した心は内吻合閉鎖による負荷減免により2日周期で狭-幅-狭を繰り返し収縮した。この周期は連続する2回の補完的な指入れ構造の延長と短縮からなり、1回毎に一つの筋節が出現(負荷時)あるいは消失(減免時)していた。介在板は筋節の編み出し機構である。
