Research Abstract |
マウスレクチンSIGNRファミリーはヒトDC-SIGNのホモログとして同定された遺伝子群であり、病原微生物を認識する事が明らかになりつつある. この内で、SIGNR3はキャンディダ症原因微生物を認識する事が示されているが、特異抗体が無く、生体内における発現様式は不明であった. 本研究では、SIGNR3を認識する単クローン抗体を作製し、これを用いて生体内における発現を検討すると共に、SIGNR3が皮膚マクロファージおよび樹状細胞の一部、さらにそれらの前駆細胞である血中単球に発現する事などを突き止めた.
