Research Abstract |
黄色ブドウ球菌の産生するエンテロトキシン(SE)は菌体外タンパク毒素で嘔吐誘導活性を示す一方,スーパー抗原活性を有することが知られている.しかし,SEによる食中毒のメカニズムはまだ明らかにされていない.本研究では, 小型嘔吐動物モデル・スンクスを用いSEAの催吐メカニズム及び細胞レセプターを検討した.これらの結果により, 小腸の5-HTの産生と放出,迷走神経求心性ニューロンの5-HT3 レセプターはSEAによる嘔吐反応に重要であり, またCB1レセプターは5-HTの産生と放出を抑制することによりSEAによる嘔吐反応を制御することが示唆された
