| Research Abstract |
Because the illicit use of medicine for the criminal purpose is the non-medical use, there are no available clinical data for the victim needed in the deliberation of the criminal court.
In this study, we have performed the solubility test of medical substances to beverage used in the putative abuse scene, and obtained behavioral data by the animal experiment to clarify why the victim of the date rape drug is seemingly bold after unwlling intake.
