Research Abstract |
慢性閉塞性肺疾患(COPD)などの高齢者呼吸器疾患は, 酸化ストレスやウイルス感染が増悪の要因となる。我々は、気道での酸化ストレスやウイルス誘導性炎症の新たな制御分子確立を検討した。その結果、(1)脂質異常症治療薬ピタバスタチンによる培養気道上皮での抗ライノウイルス効果、(2)喀痰調整薬カルボシステインによる培養気道上皮での抗酸化ストレス効果、(3)プロトンポンプ阻害薬ランソプラゾールによるCOPD患者の急性増悪抑制効果を明らかにした。これ等の成果は国際学会や科学雑誌に発表あるいは掲載予定となった。
