Research Abstract

本研究では肝癌患者における抗腫瘍免疫を効率的かつ強力に誘導できる手法を確立し、肝細胞癌治療後の再発制御を目的とした癌免疫療法の開発を行った。その結果、以下に記載する成果が得られた。1)肝癌患者における抗腫瘍免疫反応を増強させる治療方法を同定した。2)肝癌動物モデルにおける肝癌特異抗原を用いた抗腫瘍免疫反応の誘導方法を確立した。3)肝癌動物モデルにおける肝癌治療後の抗腫瘍免疫増強・維持をもたらす癌免疫療法を開発した。4)肝癌患者における肝癌治療後の抗腫瘍免疫増強・維持をもたらす癌免疫療法を開発した。
