Research Abstract

ラットを比較的大きな1回換気量(15-30ml/kg)で換気するとventilator-induced lung injury (VILI)が起こった。その時に肺胞上皮細胞にToll-like receptor-2 (TLR-2)、TLR-4の発現増強が見られ、活性窒素酸化物、CXC chemokinesの活性化を通して、NF-κB、アポトーシスを増強し肺胞上皮損傷が起こることが示唆された。
