Research Abstract

うつ病患者には自己の認知に関する認知と情動の相互作用に関する前頭前野と前帯状回の機能障害があり、それが自己に対する否定的な認知を生じさせているという仮説を立て、健常者を対象として情動価を持つ言語を用いた自己関連づけ課題実施中の脳活動をfMRIにより測定した。その結果、自己関連付け課題遂行中に内側前頭前野や楔前部の活動が認められ、ネガティブ語の自己関連付けでは、加えて腹側前帯状回の活動が認められた。このことから、ネガティブ語の自己関連付けに内側前頭前野や楔前部、腹側前帯状回を含む脳内ネットワークが関わることが示唆された。
