Research Abstract

NSD1蛋白の精製とHMT活性の評価に関しては、NSD1コンストラクトを用いて細胞への導入はHek293では成功しHek293を用いて、HMT活性の評価に必要な十分量のNSD1蛋白を現在精製中である。モデルマウスの作成に関しては当該領域のヒトとマウスのゲノム構造を比較検討した結果、ヒトとマウスのゲノム構造の差異明らかになったが、モデルマウスの作成には成功していない。
