Research Abstract

放射線防護衣素材等の基礎検討結果から、散乱X線においては無鉛シートの防護効果比は管電圧60~120kVの条件でほぼ100%であった。つまり直接X線と異なり、管電圧100kVを超えても、無鉛シートの遮蔽率おとび防護効果は、鉛タイプと同等であることを明らかにした。IVR術者被曝の原因は、ほとんどが患者からの散乱X線であり、さらに無鉛タイプは軽量であるので、IVRの術者被曝防護に適している。また初期臨床的検討結果からも、IVR術者防護における無鉛タイプの放射線防護衣(プロテクター)の有用性が確認されつつある
