Research Abstract |
Notchシグナルは、消化器癌の増殖を亢進あるいは抑制し、多様な働きをすることが謎であった。今回我々は、その多様性のひとつのメカニズムとして、癌細胞と間質細胞の相互作用の可能性を提示した。癌細胞および間質細胞のどちらがNotchリガンドを持ち、どちらが受容体を持つのかで、異なった振る舞いをすることを示した。
