Research Abstract	鍼治療の筋緊張に対する弛緩作用の有無を明確にする目的で、動物の下腿三頭筋に対して、実験的に筋緊張モデルを作成し、足関節を他動的に一定角度まで背屈させた時の足底部に加わる圧力を指標に、鍼治療前後の変化を観察した。その結果、強縮負荷筋緊張モデルラットに対する当該筋への鍼刺激は、その直後効果において、無処置と比較して筋弛緩作用を有する傾向を見出した。この結果は、従来から経験として言われている鍼治療の筋弛緩作用にエビデンスを与える第一歩となる成果と考えた。
