Research Abstract

まず、脂肪由来幹細胞を培養する際に血管内皮細胞増殖培地(EGM-2)を用いると、脂肪、軟骨、骨への多分化能を維持したまま、短期間により多くの細胞を培養することが可能であった。また、培養の際に線維芽細胞増殖因子(FGF-2)を添加すると、JNKと呼ばれるシグナル伝達経路を介して、増殖および肝細胞増殖因子(HGF)発現が著明に亢進することが判明した。そして、このFGF-2による脂肪由来幹細胞の増殖促進およびHGF発現亢進は、創傷治癒過程における組織リモデリングや線維化抑制に大きく関与していると考えられた。
