| Research Abstract |
お腹の中には、虫垂炎や胃潰瘍の時に癒着して治す大網という組織があります。われわれは、以前より、大網には皮下脂肪と同様に幹細胞(いろいろな細胞に分化できる細胞)が含まれていることを示してきた。本研究では、大網から幹細胞を選び出して培養し、骨や軟骨に分化できる具体的な条件を検討した。大網からの幹細胞では、骨への分化は脂肪からの幹細胞とは異なり、BMP-2といる因子だけを加えることがポイントであった。また、軟骨への分化は脂肪からの幹細胞からの分化と同様にTGF-βの添加が大切であった
