| Research Abstract |
マウス鼠径部にチャンバーを取り付け、チャンバー内に再生される組織を検討したが、現時点では組織の形成状況は良好ではなく、改善を重ねる必要がある。一方、ヒト脂肪組織からの体性幹細胞の分離には成功したが、継代培養が困難でチャンバー内に移植することは難しい状況である。更なる研究が必要と考えられた。
