| Research Abstract |
神経損傷ラットの情報伝達機構が大きく変化することが、神経因性疼痛発現の基礎にあることが明らかになった。ぺプチド性C線維を介したシグナリングが侵害刺激をよりシャープに上位中枢に送るが、非ぺプチド性C線維のシグナリングがそのぺプチド性C線維を抑制するといった制御に関わっている可能性を示すデーターを得た
