Research Abstract |
Hoxc9の発現はrhBMP-2によって正に、smad-2によって負に制御されており、かつHoxc9はアルカリフォスファターゼ(ALP)の発現を正に制御した。すなわちHoxc9は骨分化に促進的に関与することが明らかになった。
