Research Abstract

口腔疾患による異常な構音の動態をMRIムービーを用いて3次元的な動画像を構築した後、共同研究によってシミュレーションモデルの作成を行った。その結果、舌切除症例からの動態解析結果とJAISTで遂行した舌筋モデルは関連し、これらの結果を臨床の治療に生かすことによって口腔疾患の治療のQOLの向上に貢献できることが示唆され、本法は構音障害・嚥下障害の診断に役立てることが可能であると考えられた。
