| Research Abstract |
母乳外来の開設により, 産後1か月時の母乳育児率は向上していた。これに影響を与えていた要因は退院時の母乳育児形態であった。しかし, 外来受診群では, 退院時に混合・人工乳であったが, 1か月時母乳となった者が24名(11.6%)おり, 総数では1か月時に母乳育児が行えている者が2名増え, 母乳外来での支援は効果があると言える。また, 母乳外来でのケアは, 母親のニーズに合致しており, 母児の心身の健康支援となっていた。
