Research Abstract

神経因性疼痛モデルマウスにおいてリゾホスファチンジン酸(LPA)の受容体(LPA1受容体)依存的な脊髄近傍領域後根の脱髄を観察した。また、脱髄部位において有髄A線維と無髄C線維が直接接触する形態学的観察もなされた。一方、非侵害性Aβ神経刺激による神経伝達を脊髄後角におけるリン酸化ERK1/2で評価したとき、傷害後1週間後において疼痛伝達に関連する表層領域への入力が確認できた。これはスプラウティングを機能的に示唆する事実であり、脱髄同様にLPA1受容体遺伝子欠損マウスにおいて消失した。
