Research Abstract

BaをドープしたLaScO_3は加湿雰囲気ではH2_Oが溶解し、電離したプロトンが電気伝導に寄与する。しかし、300℃程度以上で脱水反応が起こり、燃料電池の電解質への応用は困難である。そこで、H2_Oとの親和性の大きいBaOの濃度が高いほど酸化物中のH2_Oが安定化すると考え、価数の1つ大きいZr(IV)をSc(III)サイトに同時にドープし、BaOの固溶量を大きくし、H2_Oの安定性向上に成功した。
