Research Abstract |
The protein has a central role in "vital activities", including digestion of foods, conversion of nutrients nto energy, and sensing external stimulations such as light or smell. These function of proteins depend n their specific tertiary structure, which could be visualized by nuclear magnetic resonance pectroscopy. A novel method which will allow the investigation of aggregation-prone proteins by NMR as developed.
